Roy and his family live in Preston, Washington where he serves as Senior Pastor at Preston Baptist Church. He and his wife of 27 years, Shirley, have three children: Joshua, 24; Aaron, 22; and Rachael, 20. Roy and his family moved to Washington in November 2002 after living in the Bay Area most of their lives. He and his family attended Golden Hills Community Church in Brentwood where Roy served as a Community Pastor for nearly 6 years. In November 2002, God brought Roy and his family to Preston.
